Squat Videos

Here are some squat video critiques from our session on Thursday night.  Hopefully everyone got their 2nd WOD of the week in on either Friday or Saturday, but not both!!  I can't stress enough how important it is to have 2 full rest days per week.  Trust in the program, 3 oly/strength sessions and 2 high intensity wods will allow you to maintain conditioning levels and see significant gains in your strength and power.  And when you combine your current level of conditioning with significantly improved strength and power you get a lot of PR's in both the lifts and the wods.










Remember to take something away from every video we post, even if you are not in it.  Also, make a real effort to apply what you learn in our training sessions and film study to your wods.  All the technique cues and corrections we go over in the back squat apply to doing air squats in a wod.  All the foot, knee and hip mechanics, as well as the posture cues should all be implemented anytime you perform a squat movement.

On another note, the training cards for next week have all been updated so you can take a look and/or get things printed up ahead of time.
